Key responsibilities:  

  • Manage and lead a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they meet recruitment targets and deliver high-quality service. 
  • Actively participate in hands-on recruiting to assist the team in sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates as needed, especially during peak periods or for critical roles. 
  • Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive performance enhancements within the team. 
  •  Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and align team efforts accordingly, while also actively engaging in client interactions as needed. 
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, campus drive, recruitment agencies, networking, and employee referrals, to attract top talent. 
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and other partners specializing in support function talent acquisition. 
  •  Analyse recruitment metrics and data to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize hiring outcomes. 
  • Provide the candidates with the best possible experience by taking end-to-end responsibility for the hiring process and subsequent onboarding. 

 

 Requirement: 

  • 10+ years of experience into IT recruitment. Alternatively, the candidate should possess equivalent experience in a leading executive search firm. 
  • Good talent search and sourcing skills in social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc. 
  • Experience and competence in effectively using HRIS and ATS systems to improve the efficiency of the recruiting process. 
  • Must be well versed in optimizing all sourcing channels – Internal References/Search Agencies/Social Media hiring/ Job Portals/Campus Drive/ D&I hiring 
  • Good in MS Excel 
  • Excellent Communication Skills
