About the role: 

Zapcom is seeking talented individuals to join its HR Team as a Lead HR Operations to oversee functions of our Human Resources department and provide support to our employees. 

Lead HR Operations responsibilities include reviewing and approving budgets, implementing new company policies and maintaining internal HR systems. 

Roles and responsibilities:

  • End to end from onboarding to offboarding globally 
  • Ensuring Legal Compliances policies and actions are adhered 
  • Monitor, Maintain and take responsibility of the internal HR systems and databases (HRMS) 
  • Ensure Statutory Compliances in HR 
  • Internal & External Audits 
  • Global Payroll Management 
  • Data Management and Analytics 
  • Set objectives for the HR team and track progress 
  • Monitor key HR metrics 
  • Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures 
  • Address employees’ queries (e.g. on compensation and labor regulations) 
  • Manage global mobility 
  • Manage background verification system globally

Candidate requirements: 

  • Minimum proven experience of about 7-10 years in HR Operations 
  • Being an Individual contributor and may have reportees but is expected to own large aspects of operations depending on the skills possessed 
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems 
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
