Roles and responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership, guiding the team to build high-quality, scalable applications
• Collaborate with product managers and business teams to translate strategic goals into actionable engineering roadmaps
• Champion technical excellence, influencing tech strategy and ownership of key business metrics
• Drive project execution and deliver high-impact results using agile methodologies, while anticipating and removing roadblocks

Key Skills

• 10 −12 years of experience in developing products with at 2-4 years in leading a team
• Technically Hands-on, prior experience with scalable Architecture and managing team of (8+)
• Good team management skills with ability to multitask, strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience working with Product Managers, UX Designers amd stakeholders
• Experience with high-performance mobile and web applications with an ability to bring in software engineering life cycle best practices
