In Addition, our architects should constantly demonstrate their technical knowledge sharing, be hands on when needed in guiding our developers, and working closely with discipline directors on defining standards and engineer pragmatic solutions for our clients.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence
  • Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long- range issues that must be addressed
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
  • Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Prepare a monthly content calendar which encompasses all areas key to Zapcom’s marketing efforts and branding strategy
  • Constantly Monitor, maintain, and improve our company website with relevant updates, blogs and content ideas
  • Promote job openings with paid ad campaigns on LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
  • Take complete ownership of Zapcom’s social handles.

Key Skills:

  • Prior experience in automating building infrastructure on demand using Teraform
  • Prior experience with cloud formation templates and embedding them with Terrafor
  • Deep architectural understanding of Kubernetes and Docker and has designed production level Kubernetes infrastructure either in cloud
  • Experience with VMware or VMC on aws is a huge plus
  • Prior experience and understanding of configuring load balancers, EC2, AutoScales, API management tools, Caching technologies and automate building them using Terraform or other IaC tools
  • Prefer strong AWS cloud experience
  • Good experience in architecting complex infrastructure solutions for low latency, zero down time and highly available system
  • Strong experience in architecting and implementing DevOps process using one of these tools (GitLab, Azure DevOps)
  • Strong experience in defining and propagating IAM roles, policies and other security elements
  • Experience in helping multiple application teams in realizing their physical infrastructure
  • Should have working knowledge of Application security & Infrastructure security and cloud security
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities in delegating work and yet being responsible for all detailed design aspects of physical infrastructure for enterprise
  • Proven story in delivering products/services in a high-growth environment (including start-ups)
  • Exhibit strong ability to identify and solve ambiguous customer-focused problems
  • Good written, communication and presentation skills.
