A leading workforce solutions provider sought to launch an Instant Wage Access (IWA) platform that would allow employees to withdraw earned wages before payday—securely, instantly, and at scale. 

Zapcom architected and delivered a high-performance early payroll platform capable of real-time balance calculation, compliance enforcement, and seamless integration with HRMS, payroll processors, and banking/UPI systems.
