Saurabh is a seasoned leader with over 24 years of experience in shaping enterprise and customer products across a wide range of industries including telephony, education, travel & hospitality, RPA, and digital adoption. He holds a degree in Computer Sciences, specializing in the field during his graduation. His professional journey has seen him contributing to both startups and renowned enterprises such as Sabre and Automation Anywhere.

His expertise extends to advanced technologies such as AI/ML, generative AI, and cloud computing, coupled with diverse delivery models such as on-premises, Software as a Service (SaaS), and private cloud. His primary interests lie in fostering innovation, leadership, and business strategies, all while leveraging the synergy between people and technology.

With a track record of innovation, Saurabh has facilitated the transition of numerous organizations from traditional development methodologies to Agile frameworks. This shift has resulted in significant improvements in process efficiencies, team productivity, and overall product success. Additionally, he co-founded and spearheaded an AI startup to a successful acquisition, realizing the fruition of cutting-edge ventures.

Currently, Saurabh is dedicated to enhancing business and product development efficiency. He is actively involved in structuring the entire product development lifecycle and enabling enterprises to capitalize on emerging technologies such as generative AI, cloud computing, and RPA. His aim is to optimize value extraction and drive sustainable growth through the strategic application of these next-generation technologies.

Bibin holds an MBA from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, and a Post Graduate Program in Business Analytics and Business Intelligence from the Great Lakes Institute of Management. He also earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Anna University. Complementing his formal education, Bibin has certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Data Product Management, and Design Thinking from d.School, Stanford which enhance his ability to integrate analytical insights with creative problem-solving.

His passion for innovation is deeply influenced by his coaching experience in Design Thinking, which has enriched his approach to developing products. Bibin excels in guiding cross-functional teams, crafting strategic product roadmaps, conducting in-depth end-user research, and implementing robust multi-cloud strategies.

An accomplished published author and speaker, she has worked with major companies like Infosys, IBM, and Citrix. Beyond her tech career, Abirami is a certified Yoga instructor, blogger, and aspiring private pilot. She holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, a postgraduate certification in Data Science from IIT Guwahati, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
